By enrolling in or using Skill Nex Gen, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. About Skill Nex Gen
Skill Nex Gen is a next-generation ed-tech platform that combines industry-aligned curriculum, expert mentorship, and real-world project experience to equip learners with future-ready skills.
3. User Eligibility
Skill Nex Gen is open to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. Users must provide accurate information and engage with the platform in a lawful and respectful manner. No prior experience is required to enroll in beginner courses.
4. Course Enrollment and Certification
Upon successful completion of a program, including assessments and live projects, learners will receive a Skill Nex Gen certificate. This certificate can be added to LinkedIn profiles, resumes, and portfolios to validate expertise.
5. Live Classes and Learning Platform
All classes are conducted live on Google Meet, giving learners direct real-time access to mentors. The platform also provides session links, assignments, project submissions, downloadable resources, and doubt-solving sessions - all accessible through one dashboard.
6. Internship and Career Support
On course completion, participants receive exclusive access to InternSaathi and Naukri Saathi for internship and career assistance. Placement support is provided as a facilitation service; however, job or internship selection is not guaranteed and depends on individual performance and market conditions.
7. Course Access and Enrollment
Beginner learning access is free for all learners. A Course Completion Certificate for the Beginner Learning Module is optional and available after successful completion for ₹399. Expert and specialized programs are available at ₹9,999 as a one-time investment.
8. Payments and Refunds
Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. EMI or installment options are not currently available.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Skill Nex Gen platform, including course material, project guides, videos, and resources, is the intellectual property of Skill Nex Gen and its parent organization. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. User Conduct
Learners must engage with the platform honestly and respectfully. Misuse of the platform, sharing of login credentials, or any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
Skill Nex Gen shall not be liable for indirect losses, employment outcomes, technical interruptions, or any third-party platform issues, including those on Google Meet, InternSaathi, or Naukri Saathi.
12. Disclaimer
All programs and services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While Skill Nex Gen strives to deliver the highest quality learning experience, specific career or income outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
